Return Process

  Log into your Rezoni account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Device

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
